The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and handling transactions efficiently. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Process transactions using the Aloha POS system, ensuring accuracy in cash handling. Assist in food preparation and presentation as needed, adhering to food handling standards. Buss tables promptly and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service. Skills Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Background in the food industry, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurants, is a plus. Knowledge of culinary practices and food handling safety protocols. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members. Experience in bussing or serving is beneficial but not mandatory.
