Server/Cashier 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 1287 Shreveport-Barksdale Highway, Shreveport, LA 71105 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently managing food orders and transactions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers, whether they are dining in or taking out. Ideal candidates will have experience in food service or quick-service environments, with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service. Pay is $7.25 plus TIPS…. With tips and pay equals UP to $16 an hour. This is a Part Time position for both morning and evening shifts. It is 1 week Training Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Provide recommendations on menu items to enhance customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control. Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and order accuracy. Qualifications Previous experience in a food service or quick-service fast food restaurant is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen operations is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations. Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
