Schedule:
Daytime Tuesday-Sunday; occasional events on weekends
Summary:
This part-time position is responsible for effectively assisting food and beverage services and execution of regular bistro hours and events by way of set-up, service, clean-up, clear communication and teamwork while maintaining the company’s standard for excellence. This position coordinates with the Bistro & Events Manager.
Essential functions:
Communicate with guests about their order in a friendly and sincere manner Provide a friendly experience for every customer, upholding hospitality standards Interact with other service and cooking staff to ensure speedy and effective operations so guests receive their food as quickly and accurately as possible Prepare dishes in kitchen for certain shifts as needed Handle food carefully and responsibly, following safe food handling practices.
