Full Job Description Description:

10:30 am•2/3 pm TUES•FRIDAY Server Assistants assist servers, maintain cleanliness, and keep the dining room adequate while maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Assist servers in their tasks, including retrieving extra items or supplies Set assigned tables, including placing glasses, condiment holders, flowers, and silverware Clean up after guests including removing dirty dishes, replacing table linens, and wiping tables and chairs Strive for finer points of service such as making sure that the water glasses are filled, the table is free from dirty dishes, etc. Reset tables with silverware and glassware Assist in carrying food trays to tables Wait on guests if needed

Requirements:

Key knowledge, skills abilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Possesses a commitment and eagerness to provide excellent customer service High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or previous related experience and/or training Must be able to quickly learn and implement dining processes and procedures Organized, able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure, especially during rush periods Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is considered a plus Must be available for emergency and scheduled work requirements on evenings, weekends, or holidays Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and uphold a positive and enthusiastic attitude
