Restaurant Servers are responsible for positive Guest interactions while delivering accurate, efficient, and intentional service. Servers are expected to be attentive to our Guests’ needs at all times, providing a welcoming and comfortable dining experience. Servers must be knowledgeable about our company history, menu items, and cocktail selection to answer Guests’ questions confidently. Excelling under pressure, staying organized, and having a great attitude are indispensable in this role. The right person will be passionate about hospitality, food, and exceeding Guest expectations. With previous experience working as a Server in a fast-paced restaurant setting, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have an honest, friendly, and outgoing character. This person will understand the ultimate goal of providing high-quality service to maintain and attract Guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare restaurant tables for dining, paying particular attention to sanitation, silverware placement, and condiment order. Attend to customers upon entrance in a friendly, welcoming manner Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies Help Guests select food and beverages by presenting restaurant menus, offering cocktails or specials, sharing personal recommendations, and answering food preparation questions Take and deliver orders accurately and in an efficient manner Serve Guests in courses while identifying special dietary needs or special requests Properly open and pour bottles of wine at the tableside Maintain table settings by removing all finished courses, replenishing silverware, refilling beverages, and disposing of trash Collaborate with other servers and kitchen/bar staff Promptly address Guests’ complaints or problems with a positive attitude and refer Guests to management when necessary Prepare checks that are itemized and reflect accurate meal costs and sales tax; issue billing and accept payment; return cash change or credit card with signature slip to

Guests Qualifications:

Proven experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing role Ability to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system Excellent communication skills, including great phone etiquette, required Must be professional with a customer-oriented approach Positive interpersonal skills required Must be thoroughly attentive to cleanliness and safety Responsible, trustworthy, and friendly character required A high school diploma is a plus but not required
