Position Overview:

We are seeking friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Servers to join our team. Servers at Lost Coyote are responsible for providing a warm, attentive guest experience from the first greeting to the final goodbye. You are the face of our hospitality, and your positive attitude, knowledge of our menu, and commitment to great service help create the welcoming atmosphere that defines Lost Coyote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, polished service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Guide guests through food, beverage, and poolside menus with confidence and enthusiasm
• Accurately take and input orders, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, and ensure timely delivery
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and resolve any issues with care and professionalism
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces including tables, server stations, and poolside service areas
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a seamless service experience
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
• Contribute to a positive team environment where everyone can thrive

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience preferred, especially in upscale casual or high-volume environments
• Passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in food, beverage, and guest experience
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and poolside shifts as needed
• Must have (or be willing to obtain) Louisiana Responsible Vendor certification
