The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the legal process by delivering legal documents to individuals involved in court cases. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate various environments while maintaining professionalism. Duties Serve legal documents such as subpoenas, summonses, and complaints to designated individuals. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of documents while adhering to legal protocols. Maintain detailed records of all served documents and document the process for verification purposes. Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders regarding the status of service. Handle courier responsibilities by transporting legal files and documents as needed. Conduct follow-up actions for unserved documents, including attempts to locate individuals or reschedule service. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Experience Previous experience as a Process Server or in a related field is preferred but not required. Familiarity with legal terminology and court procedures is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and legal professionals effectively. Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving situations. A valid driver’s license may be required for travel between locations.
