Role:

As Lead Server / Server Trainer , you are a floor leader and coach. You set the pace, tone, and standard for our service team. You are responsible for ensuring new servers are properly trained, standards are upheld, and guests experience genuine hospitality with every interaction. This is the perfect role for someone who has mastered the art of serving and is ready to share their knowledge and passion with others.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example in delivering outstanding service and hospitality Onboard and train new servers with consistency and energy Help manage floor flow and communication with the BOH during high-volume shifts Support management in executing service standards and improving team performance Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and positivity Handle guest issues with grace and proactive service recovery Perform all standard server responsibilities at the highest level

Who We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience as a server in a polished-casual or upscale dining environment Proven leadership or trainer experience is highly preferred Strong communication, mentorship, and problem-solving skills Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Enthusiastic about food, beverage, and Southern hospitality Committed to our
