The ideal candidate will possess strong guest relations skills and a passion for food service, ensuring that every patron feels welcomed and valued. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, taking orders, and managing guest requests efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and communication regarding orders. Uphold food safety standards by practicing proper food handling techniques. Experience Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with culinary terminology and menu items is a plus. Strong guest services skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
