- We are seeking enthusiastic and sales-driven servers to provide an outstanding guest experience. - Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks promptly.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences, offering tailored recommendations.
- Check customers’ identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience through attentive service.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations and safety standards.
- Process transactions accurately, including handling cash and using POS systems.
- Assist in training new staff members and providing ongoing support to team members.
- Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
- Stay informed about menu changes, specials, and restaurant promotions.
- Must have a responsible vendor’s license.
- Skills
- Proven working experience as a server with a solid resume.
- Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with POS systems.
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
