Bartender/Server at Dakar NOLA Dakar NOLA is a modern Senegalese tasting menu experience rooted in West African culture, storytelling, and hospitality. As we continue to push the boundaries of fine dining in New Orleans, we’re looking for a talented and charismatic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic front-of-house team. In this hybrid role, you’ll play a key part in creating memorable experiences for our guests—through both exceptional beverage service and warm, knowledgeable hospitality.

What You’ll Do:

Craft thoughtful, well-executed cocktails that complement our tasting menu Deliver attentive, engaging service from start to finish Share the stories and cultural inspiration behind our food and drink offerings Maintain a clean, efficient bar and service area Work closely with our chefs and FOH leaders to ensure a seamless guest experience Contribute to the energy, creativity, and excellence of a restaurant with Michelin ambitions We’re Looking for

Someone Who:
