We’re looking for a friendly, fast, and attentive Server to join our team and help create outstanding guest experiences with every shift. Job Summary As a Server at Bayo Social, you’ll be the face of the restaurant—greeting guests, guiding them through our menu, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages with care and personality. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has great people skills, and is passionate about providing top-tier hospitality. Part-time and full-time positions available Schedule Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays Flexible hours with shift-based scheduling Responsibilities Prepare tables and dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order Greet guests as they arrive and make them feel welcome Present menus and explain menu items when needed Take customer orders accurately and enter them into POS system Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally Answer questions and make recommendations when appropriate Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service Handle complaints with grace and ensure guest satisfaction Process checks and handle payments accurately Requirements Proven experience as a server, waiter/waitress, or other front-of-house role (preferred) Basic cashiering skills and familiarity with POS systems Strong attention to cleanliness, food safety, and guest service Friendly and reliable with excellent communication skills Ability to stand for long periods and work fast-paced shifts Team player with a positive and respectful attitude High school diploma is a plus but not required Must attend an 8-hour training to obtain a valid Louisiana ATC (Alcohol & Tobacco Control) Server Permit one week after the first pay period Why Join Bayo Social?
