Server Full Moon Seafood House 1957 Collins Blvd, Covington, LA 70433 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address any concerns promptly. Process payments using the cash register, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with fine dining standards and etiquette is a plus. Strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively. Basic knowledge of food handling practices is essential for maintaining health standards. A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
