Server 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Yarmouth Port, MA 02675 Full Time Year Round Server will be responsible for over-seeing the day-to-day operations during service when scheduled.

• Working closely with other Restaurant team members to ensure all things are running smoothly during shift.
• Interact with guests in regards to building positive guest relationships while maintaining their section in the upmost professional manner by following our standard steps of service guidelines.
• Complete opening and closing side work assignments and duties as assigned.
• Promote a positive work environment that is heavily team oriented. When someone needs help, we jump in and help.
• Have the drive passion to learn and grow within the Restaurant and Hospitality Industry.
• Have strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Needs to have strong communication skills.
• Flexible schedule needed with the ability to pick up shifts when needed.
• Have TIPS certification or is willing to become TIPS certified.
