Server Captain Kidd 77 Water Street, Woods Hole, MA 02543 Job Overview We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner Present detailed information when asked Take and serve food and drink orders Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience Process payments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Collaborate with staff to ensure timely service Skills Strong customer service skills Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Sales and upselling abilities Hospitality mindset Previous experience in the food industry or food service is a plus Culinary knowledge is advantageous
