Server/Waiter Villaggio Prime 4631 Falmouth Road, Cotuit, MA 02635 ## Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The Server will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate we are looking for is someone who understands the restaurant business and has proper customer service skills ## Duties

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
• Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
• Upsell additional products when appropriate
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems like Aloha POS
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist with bussing tables
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints swiftly ## Qualifications
• Previous experience in a hospitality setting preferred
• Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and order accuracy
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience
• Familiarity with sanitization standards in food service establishments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
