As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service while efficiently managing orders and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and the dining area in accordance with health regulations. Process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are completed correctly. Assist in training new staff members as needed, sharing knowledge of restaurant procedures and customer service best practices. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Knowledge of kitchen operations or culinary practices is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the restaurant. Previous experience in a restaurant or sales environment is preferred but not required.
