Job Overview:
The Tasty Dessert Bar is seeking a dedicated, energetic Server to join our fast-paced team. We’re known for creating memorable dessert experiences with soft serve, mini donuts, Acai Bowls plus — and we’re expanding into a more elevated service model. Ideal candidates are outgoing, detail-oriented, and have experience in food service, nightlife, or fine dining environments.
Responsibilities:
Greet and serve guests with professionalism and enthusiasm Take and enter accurate orders; upsell items when appropriate Provide knowledgeable descriptions of menu items and specials Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards Work efficiently during high-volume hours Address guest concerns with care and urgency Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
Previous food service experience preferred Excellent communication and multitasking skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude and team-player mentality Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Square, Toast, OpenTable) Why Work With Us?
