AM Server Position Available In Middlesex, Massachusetts

AM Server Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area 30 Washington Street, Somerville, MA 02143 The AM Server at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to guests in a professional manner. This role will require excellent customer service skills and attention to detail to ensure guests have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

Take guests’ orders and serve food and beverages Ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery

Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer service role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a positive attitude Available to work weekends and holidays
