Pool Cafe Server – Busser 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 410 Belmont St, Watertown, MA 02472 Oakley Country Club, a private club in Watertown, MA, is hiring a part-time Pool Cafe Server – Busser to join our team for the remainder of the summer season. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality setting, providing excellent service to our club members. This part-time position offers a pay rate of $16 per hour , with potential long-term opportunities in the Clubhouse for the right candidates. We are looking for new team members who can start in mid to late May and stay through Labor Day.

YOUR SCHEDULE FOR A POOL CAFE SERVER – BUSSER
This is a part-time position! Shifts will vary within the club’s business hours, which range from 10 AM to 10 PM .
YOUR DAY
As a Pool Cafe Server – Busser, you will greet and check in members at the pool, take and serve food and drink orders, and assist with processing payments. You will also be responsible for bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area to ensure a pleasant experience for all members. Following health and safety guidelines and providing friendly, efficient service will be key parts of your role.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication skills Ability to provide excellent customer service A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred!
