As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience in our fine dining establishment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders using the Aloha POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards. Handle cash register transactions efficiently, utilizing basic math skills for accurate billing. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a food service or fine dining setting. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary terminology is a plus. Experience with cash registers and POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is advantageous. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol as required by local regulations.
