Server/Counter Service Classic Kitchen Cafe 175 Littleton Road, Westford, MA 01886 Job Summary We are looking for a server/cashier for a small, family owned cafe. • close), Thursday (5:30 am
• 2:00 pm) and Saturday (7:30
• close). These are great hours for avoiding morning traffic and leaving plenty of time in the afternoon for personal responsibilities. The pay is server wages plus tips, which can range from $20
• 26/ hour weekly for the schedule above.

Employees also get one free meal per shift. We are looking for an individual who will be able to keep these shifts into next year, meaning anyone only looking for a summer job is not optimal. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing them with menus Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist guests with any questions or concerns regarding menu items or dietary restrictions. Taking and packaging take out orders, in house and over the phone. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Process cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment. Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests. Requirements Previous experience in customer service within the restaurant or retail industry is preferred. Tips, allergen, ServSafe and CPR certificates a plus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays as needed.
