As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service station. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to enhance guest relations and overall service quality. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the hospitality environment. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or customer service role is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure. Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
