As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed, ensuring high-quality presentation of dishes. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Provide recommendations on menu items based on customer preferences and dietary restrictions. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours. Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or as a server is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively. Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, particularly during busy nightclub hours.
