• Job Overview:

• Napper Tandy’s of Walpole is seeking a dedicated Beverage Server to join our dynamic team. As a Beverage Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests across multiple dining areas, including the pool hall, pub side, lounge, and patio during the summer months.

• Duties:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and efficient manner, taking and delivering beverage orders promptly.
• Utilize knowledge of the menu and drink offerings to make recommendations and answer questions.
• Ensure accuracy in order taking, delivery, and processing payments using Aloha POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and adhere to food safety standards while handling beverages.
• Collaborate with the bar staff to prepare drinks and ensure timely service to guests.
• Assist in bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting overall guest satisfaction.
• Uphold a high level of guest relations by providing attentive and personalized service throughout the dining experience.
• Utilize OpenTable or similar reservation systems for seating assignments and guest management.

• Skills:

• Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
• Strong sales skills with a focus on upselling and enhancing the guest experience.
• Knowledge of culinary terms and familiarity with the food industry.
• Experience in food handling practices ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Excellent guest relations skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Familiarity with Bussing procedures to maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest services in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
