Duties Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Support catering events as required, providing excellent service to guests. Uphold fine dining standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience. Skills Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or food service environments is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in food preparation or catering is a plus. Bartending skills are advantageous for those interested in beverage service roles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
