• We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Responsibilities
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Present menus and explain daily specials to customers
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Deliver food and beverages promptly
• Upsell menu items and beverages to increase revenue
• Process payments using Toast POS systems and handle cash transactions
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and ensure tables are sanitized
• Build rapport with customers to enhance their dining experience
• Requirements
• Previous experience in the food service industry is necessary
• Knowledge of food preparation and culinary terminology is a plus
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items
• Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to bus tables quickly and efficiently
• Strong guest relations skills to provide exceptional service
• Understanding of sanitation guidelines for maintaining a clean dining environment
