• Greeting and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Serving food and beverages to customers following established protocols
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Assisting with food preparation and cooking as needed
• Collaborating with team members to provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
