Responsibilities:

Take food and drink orders from guests. Deliver food and drink orders to guests in a timely manner. Maintain communication with other staff members Present food and drink options to customers, addressing any menu inquiries, and assisting with their selections Recommending complementary items that pair well with entrees, based on ingredients or flavor profiles Clearly explaining the menu and specials to customers, and answering any related questions Maintain a clean and inviting restaurant environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Radiate a friendly, energetic demeanor with a positive and team-oriented approach. Warmly welcome and take ownership of each guest’s experience, from start to finish, and promptly address guest needs and requests. Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations. . . It would be great if you had – Previous serving experience with a strong knowledge of food, wine & spirits Ability to multi-task and perform in high-volume, high-intensity establishments Excellent communication skills Ability to keep the restaurant organized, stocked, and clean A genuine passion for hospitality & service Experience with Toast, or a similar POS system
