Tasting Room Server Fluvial Brewing 860 Maple Ridge Road, Harrison, ME 04040 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tasting Room Server to join our team in delivering an exceptional experience to our brewery guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beer industry and a commitment to providing outstanding service. As a Tasting Room Server, you will be responsible educating guests about our beers and brewery, pouring beers, preparing food (pizza and other light food items) and delivering an unforgettable experience to all of the customers that walk through our doors. Duties Greet our guest with a warm welcome upon arrival Describe our food and beverage offerings Creating tabs using our POS system and managing cash handling processes accurately Prepare and deliver guests food and beverage orders with attention to detail and presentation. Provide recommendations on menu items, enhancing the guest experience through sales techniques. Maintain cleanliness of service areas Work in a collaborative manner with all team members. Engage with guests making their experience at our brewery a positive and exceptional visit. Experience Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required. Passion for the craft of beer and the brewery industry Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders and tasks. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation practices. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Experience with cash handling is advantageous.
