Summary We are seeking a Caterer/Server to join our dynamic team at Roberts Maine Grill. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our guests while assisting in food preparation and catering events. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing our customers’ dining experience. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly. Assist in food preparation and presentation for catered events and restaurant service. Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction. Participate in setting up and breaking down banquet events as needed. Requirements Previous experience in a catering or restaurant environment preferred. Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
