Job Description:

We are seeking diligent and enthusiastic Server Assistants / Food Runners to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our servers in delivering top-notch service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Assist servers with delivering food to guests promptly and accurately. Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently. Refill water, deliver and other table items as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Assist with stocking supplies and setting up dining areas /expo for service. Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service. Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be 16 years of age or older

Uniform Requirements:

Shoes must be nonslip. Hair longer than shoulder length should be pulled back into a bun or clipped up and off the shoulders.
