What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking professional, enthusiastic, and team-oriented individuals to join our front-of-house team. Servers at Casa 77 must be passionate about hospitality, possess strong food and beverage knowledge, and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide knowledgeable, warm, and efficient service to all guests. Guide guests through our food and beverage offerings with confidence and enthusiasm. Accurately take and enter orders; coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and precise execution. Maintain a clean and organized section throughout service. Communicate effectively with coworkers and management to ensure smooth operations. Uphold Casa 77 standards for appearance, professionalism, and guest experience.
Requirements:
Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant (2+ years preferred). Strong communication and multitasking skills. Ability to remain composed and efficient during high-volume service. Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of New England cuisine and cocktails is a plus, but not required. 10am – 5 pm Availability 5 pm – 10 pm
