Server/Waiter Rococo Ice Cream & Rococo Dessert Bar 8 Western Avenue, Kennebunk, ME 04043 The Rococo Dessert Bar is hiring seasonal full and part-time servers for the busy summer and into the fall season! We are an elegant dessert and cocktail destination in the Lower Village, Kennebunk, known for creative confections and impeccable service. We’re looking for employees with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to hard work. The ideal applicant will be a team player, have a positive attitude, excel at multitasking, and be able to stay calm and composed under pressure. Previous restaurant experience would be preferred, though we are open to training motivated individuals eager to enter the hospitality industry.

Duties :
Host :
Greet guests, record their information, and manage the waitlist. Update guests on wait times and seat them efficiently. Adjust seating plans for maximum satisfaction and efficiency.
Server :
Greet guests with kindness and intent and curate their orders to ensure satisfaction Handle payments, maintain cleanliness, and manage dining area setup Communicate guest requests to kitchen/bar staff and resolve any issues
Support :
Clear and reset tables, deliver food orders accurately, and assist with dining setup. Refill water, maintain cleanliness, and manage supplies. Facilitate communication between kitchen and dining staff for smooth service.
Details :
Seeking hourly employees starting at $8 – $10/hr plus tips. Experience preferred but open to training motivated newcomers. Ideal for those eager to learn, customer-focused, and ready to join a supportive team. Ideal candidates will live locally and have availability through Columbus Day weekend.
