Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. • Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or fine dining setting. Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service. Basic math skills for handling orders and assisting with any necessary calculations. Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary terminology is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
