Server T-Ravs and Fuel Burger & Taco Jackson, MO 63755 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have everything they need for an enjoyable meal. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using the OpenTable system or similar technology. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, responding to any requests or concerns promptly. Process payments accurately using cash register systems, ensuring proper handling of cash and credit transactions. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or as a Server is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests. Familiarity with food safety practices is essential. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A willingness to learn about menu items and sales techniques for upselling opportunities.
