The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a strong understanding of the food industry. As a Fine Dining Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by providing attentive and personalized service in a sophisticated environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus, providing detailed information about menu items and specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems, ensuring all requests are met promptly. Serve food and drinks in accordance with fine dining standards, ensuring presentation is impeccable. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, addressing any needs or concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication regarding special requests or dietary restrictions. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy in billing and payment processing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Uphold food handling safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment for all patrons. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service role within the restaurant or food industry, preferably in fine dining settings. Familiarity with restaurant operations, including knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. Experience with cash handling and POS systems to process payments accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality of service. A passion for food and beverage, with knowledge of menu items, wine pairings, and culinary trends preferred.
