In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our guests in a high-end dining environment. You will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences through attentive service, extensive menu knowledge, and a passion for culinary excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and an understanding of fine dining protocols. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using OpenTable or similar systems. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and sanitation standards are met. Suggestive selll menu items to maximize guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing assistance as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special dietary needs or preferences. Skills Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and fine dining etiquette. Ability to maintain high sanitation standards in all aspects of food service. Experience with upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences. Proficiency in using reservation systems like OpenTable for efficient table management. Previous experience in a nightclub or upscale restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while remaining composed under pressure.
