Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and warmly, providing exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure timely delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, workstations, and dining areas. Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation standards at all times. Be knowledgeable about menu items and able to answer guest questions. Communicate and coordinate effectively with kitchen and fellow front-of-house staff. Handle guest concerns or special requests in a professional and courteous manner. Support teammates and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server, waiter, or in customer service is a plus, but not required—willing to train the right person. Excellent communication skills and a cheerful, can-do attitude. Strong attention to cleanliness, detail, and food safety. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player. Why Join Us?
