Server/Cashier Mia Peahs 755 Clay St, Marshall, MO 65340 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic person who can make smoothies and help with window service to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have experience in a restaurant or quick service fast food restaurant setting. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions and ensuring food safety standards are met. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders, ensuring a positive dining experience. Accurately process customer transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Handle cash and credit transactions, maintaining accuracy in cash handling and basic math skills. Ensure food safety standards are followed during food preparation and service. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist with stocking inventory and managing supplies as needed. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in a grocery store or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not mandatory Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
