Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to guests in a fine dining setting
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
• Set up and maintain dining areas, including table setup and cleanliness
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting for the next guest
• Handle cash transactions using a cash register or POS system
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in fine dining or upscale restaurants
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and provide efficient service
• Proficiency in using a cash register or POS system for accurate transactions
• Strong customer service skills to provide a memorable dining experience for guests
• Knowledge of basic math for handling payments and making change
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
• Familiarity with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
