Reports To:

General Manager, AGM, KM, Manager This is a hybrid position for experienced servers who are ready to help lead when managers are off the floor. You’ll be expected to provide top-tier service, maintain floor awareness, and act as a shift lead when scheduled as keyholder. This includes supporting the team, managing shift flow, and helping address any guest issues or escalations.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent service while anticipating guest needs Support hosts, runners, and fellow servers during high-volume shifts Open and/or close the restaurant when scheduled as keyholder Handle guest concerns with professionalism and follow our comp/escalation protocols Hold team members accountable to service standards when MODs are not present Manage cash-outs and ensure the restaurant is secured after hours Communicate with the management team and complete shift notes when keyholder Be a role model for punctuality, professionalism, and hospitality

Requirements:

1+ year of serving experience in a full-service restaurant Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to stay calm under pressure Weekend and evening availability required Must be 18+ and comfortable handling cash and alcohol Prior keyholder or closing experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Us? $6.88 – $15.00 per hour
