Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Process Server to join our team. As a Process Server, you will be responsible for delivering legal documents to individuals involved in court cases or legal proceedings.

Duties:

• Deliver legal documents to individuals involved in court cases or legal proceedings/ Businesses
• Ensure that all documents are served in accordance with legal requirements and deadlines
• Maintain accurate records of all services and attempts made
• Travel to various locations to serve documents

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Process Server is preferred but

NOT REQUIRED

• Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and responsible with time management.

Skills:

• Experience as a courier is beneficial
• Knowledge of filing procedures is advantageous
• Self-motivated and able to time manage NOTE
• Must be 18 years or older to apply. Along with a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (with active vehicle insurance). General Area(s) but not limited to:
