Summary We are seeking a Server/Host/Busser and Food Runner to join our vibrant team at Mama Campisis. Located in a welcoming environment, this role is crucial for providing excellent customer experiences and maintaining the flow of our dining area. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced setting and have a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Assist servers by bussing tables and ensuring cleanliness in the dining area. Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating. Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials. Support kitchen staff by ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages. Maintain an organized and clean environment throughout the restaurant. Requirements Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic food handling knowledge is a plus. Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
