The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. As a Server, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality food and beverage service while maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area. Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take customer orders accurately using Square POS system, ensuring all requests are noted. Provide recommendations on food and beverage selections based on guest preferences. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and operating the cash register. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and other surfaces between guests. Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy service periods. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that may arise during service. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Sqaure POS system is a plus. Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for processing payments. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and enhancing guest satisfaction. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
