JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Be interactive with all internal and external guests while maintaining professional standards. Responsible for developing and maintaining positive guest relations, and ensure the safety and security of all guests. Responsible to take orders from patrons and return these orders in a timely manner. Responsible for keeping area in a clean and orderly manner. Responsible to have knowledge of patron limitations and company policy and procedures regarding limitations. Handles guest relations and minor guest disputes. Performs other duties as assigned. Completing all company-required training within designated time frames.
WORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions. Knowledge of all special events and promotional activities. Knowledge of all bar equipment, Micros, Bar System, Alcohol Beverage Control laws, and gaming laws. Able to handle situations that may arise due to intoxication. Ability to communicate with all departments and fellow team members. Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol. Ability to accurately perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures and an interruptive environment Must possess the ability to move effectively and efficiently throughout the casino
- Walking/Standing 90% Bending/lifting 10%
- (Overhead, arms length, up to 10 lbs).
Exposed to noise, smoke and hot and cold temperatures. Ability to work in a brightly lit, smoked filled casino environment with high noise levels.
