Server Sippin Silo 2867 May Boulevard, Southaven, MS 38672 Sippin Silo is a self-serve wine bar that features craft cocktails as well as small plates, flatbreads and charcuterie. Summary We are currently seeking an experienced server to work evenings in our restaurant. Job Responsibilities Take care of all guests with hospitality and patience. Explain how to utilize the wine system, and about cocktail and menu offerings. Process payments for guest tabs. Communicate with management about any issues Participate in running sidework and teamwork Qualifications Experience in full-service restaurants Proficiency with using a POS system Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of classic cocktails. Previous experience in fine dining or upscale casual restaurants. Familiarity with basic math and retail math. Understanding of alcohol regulations and practices.
