Responsibilities:
Greet and serve guests. Handle and answer incoming calls. Answer, screen, and direct calls. Take orders; prepare food items per recipes; serve with appropriate table manners. Monitor cleanliness of the service area, utensils, and cooking surfaces. Clean food preparation areas, tables, and cooking surfaces. Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and its equipment. Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly. Monitor inventory levels. Assist other service staff with similar tasks as assigned. Assist other service staff with similar tasks as assigned. Maintain detailed logs of food served or received during shifts. Maintain stock levels at each station on duty at peak times. Maintain service equipment (e.g., serving trays, chafing pans, pans for grilling food). Keep service area clean and orderly at all times. Assist other service staff with similar tasks as assigned.
