THE JOB:
As a Room Service Server, you will take and deliver customer orders to our hotel guest. You will create WOW moments by delivering unforgettable experiences. The food server is also responsible for performing side work and general cleaning of assigned stations.
THE STARTING PAY
$6.89 + TIPS
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Greet and engage with guests, smiling and hearing their stories. Maintain cleanliness using a silent service approach. Anticipate guest needs. Efficiently secure payment Communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Is 18+ years of age Attentive to detail Able to work independently Able to tolerate high levels of physical activity Proficient in customer service Takes pride in their work Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression
