Cashier / Server – Z Poke Bowl & Boba Tea (Fondren Location) Z Poke Bowl & Boba Tea 607 Fondren Pl, Jackson, MS 39216 Job Overview Join our team at Z Poke Bowl & Boba Tea in Fondren! We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly Servers/Cashiers who love working with people and creating great guest experiences. In this role, you’ll greet customers, serve delicious poke bowls and refreshing boba tea, handle transactions, and help keep our restaurant vibrant and welcoming. Duties and Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system Serve food and beverages promptly, following food safety standards Process payments and handle cash/card transactions with attention to detail Recommend and upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction Keep the dining area, service stations, and kitchen clean and organized Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth order flow Address guest questions or concerns politely and efficiently Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience is helpful but not required Comfortable handling cash and basic math for transactions Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred Familiarity with POS systems is a bonus Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and grow in a fun, supportive team
